OFFER SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO USERS
Via our IT ticket management system (Lansweeper), you will process requests made by users.
You will be called upon by various internal customers (operations, engineering, procurement, finance, sales, etc.) to help identify the best IT solutions to optimize their operational needs.
You will configure and install new workstations during equipment changes or simply to welcome a new employee to the company.
You'll help solve more complex IT problems or integrate new technologies (a mix of level 1 & 2).
WHAT YOU'VE GOT
DEP / DEC in computer science (it's your passion)
At least 5 years' experience in an IT support role for a multi-user company.
Technically, you have programming skills and understand logic in any language.
You master the functionalities of the O365 suite.
You know what ERP stands for and have already worked in a similar system. We use Syteline V10 (Infor) - Factory Track
You have the ability to handle several tasks at once
A thirst for learning (because there's always something new to learn)
Knowledge of and ability to keep up to date with new trends, cybersecurity, etc.
Enjoy a dynamic environment where you can touch everything
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
