**Job Title: Fitness Sales Advisor & Coach**

PURE Motivation Fitness is Vaughan's premier boutique fitness studio, specializing in BODY-TYPE Specific Personal Training/Nutrition. Our focus is on helping busy professionals and parents aged 30+ burn fat, build muscle, and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in selling personal training and memberships, with verifiable work experience.
- Certified personal trainer with a valid and reputable certification such as CSEP, CPTN, ACE, ISSA, DTS Lev1, PN Certified, or equivalent, along with CPR certification.
- Excellent understanding of the fitness industry, including staff management, business acumen, networking, and community outreach through social media.
- Highly energetic coach capable of multitasking, overseeing the sales department, mentoring staff, selling services, and providing floor/class support when necessary.
- Proven ability to self-generate leads and explore innovative ways to motivate clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, phone, computer, and social media skills.
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, somatotype, and functional training.
- Availability to work flexible hours: Monday to Thursday 10 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 9 pm, and Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm.
- Full-time access to a vehicle for commuting to work.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the company's monthly membership goals while also coaching a small group of clients. You will work closely with the owners to manage the onboarding process for new members and provide exceptional service to our existing member base. As you meet monthly sales targets and oversee the team, your compensation and position within the club will grow.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Conducting fitness consultations with new members, including body compositions, functional movement screens, and practical exercise sessions/classes. We will train you on our methods.
- Dedicated daily hours for outgoing lead generation, both internally and externally, prospecting, and conducting monthly member workshops.
- Guiding potential members on a tour of the club, showcasing how we can support them in achieving their health and fitness goals.

**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FITNESS SALES ADVISORS**:

- Individuals who are already certified fitness trainers with more than 3 years of training experience and valid exercise science-based certifications, capable of approaching the public in outreach opportunities. YOU MUST BE CERTIFIED and not just with Canfit pro, as that is an entry-level certification.
- Someone who knows how to actively generate leads and provide Fitness Assessments to "new members" and has a strong understanding of how to provide body composition assessments, functional/movement screening, and understands how to listen to members' requests.
- Business-savvy, entrepreneurial-minded people who understand the value of building relationships with clients, love a challenge, achieving monthly KPI targets, networking, and performing local community outreach.
