**IT Coordinator - CO-OP**

The IT Coordinator Co-Op will assist the IT Specialist and IT Manager with day-to-day functions.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to**:
Assist the IT Specialist and IT Manager in:

- Installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems, servers, software and hardware systems in support of business operations.
- Server hardware & software implementations and maintenance, including routine database of supporting documentation.
- Handling support requests with timeliness and accuracy.
- Conduct IT related training with new hires and users as needed.
- Manage Mobile Devices, including hardware, vendor contracts and records.

**Position Requirements**

**EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- A valid Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
- Experience with personal computer hardware and software, local and remote network systems including advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Windows 10 operating system troubleshooting including hardware support.
- Be discreet and maintain confidentiality and security of company information
- Travel to various project locations to administer IT support on site across Toronto/GTA as required
