Production Manager

Concord, Canada Class Eight Manufacturing Inc. Full time

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Set up and operation of various machines
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Packaging or assembling products according to specifications

Expectations

You are:

- Self-starter with a positive attitude that takes pride in producing a quality product
- Possess good math, written and verbal skills
- Have good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Detail oriented, organized with excellent personal skills
- Team player and cooperative approach
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 55lbs repeatedly

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Supervisory experience, strong leadership qualities
- Several years working in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Must have forklift experience
