**Receptionist**

We are looking to fill a position for a weekend receptionist. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with others and have good phone manners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination
- Obtain and process information required in order to provide services
- Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
- Record and relay information
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Education and/or Experience**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication
