**Essential Job Functions**:

- Ensure that all work complies with the quality requirements;
- Maintain complete and accurate technical hand over.
- Ensure all work cards are correctly completed;
- Review and evaluate all non-routine work;
- Ensure that all personnel are trained, remain current and knowledgeable on applicable sections of the MMPM, QAPs and other relevant documents related to their work function;
- Plan the daily workload according to the flow chart or schedule;
- Assign work to technical personnel;
- Plan and estimate corrective actions;
- Order parts as required; Prepare E requestions for procurement to order parts not in stock as required.
- Ensure a safe and tidy working area;
- Ensure the calibration programs are maintained in the areas under his authority

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3-4 years' experience in Aircraft Modification and Maintenance

**Education**:

- Graduate from University or College in Aerospace or Aircraft Maintenance.
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License and asset.
- Aerospace or equivalent experience.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Aircraft Modification and Maintenance: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
