Client Success Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and driving client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive engagement. Your expertise in account management and business development will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and enhancing the overall client experience.
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage accounts, and analyze data to provide insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize client satisfaction while aligning with company goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, best practices, and performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving client retention rates and overall satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance product offerings.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management or client success roles, preferably within a technology or service-oriented industry.
- Strong skills in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in business development with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Leadership capabilities that inspire teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
