Supply Chain Specialist

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Specialist will lead the inventory management for our internal and external warehouses for all finished goods, coordinates all applicable internal transfers, ensures and manages lot #”s and works with the team on the receipt and shipments of Full Goods of raw and packaging materials. The Specialist will be a high user of the ERP (Business Central) system.

**RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Perform Inventory Counts as needed and send out the Out-of-Stock Report twice a week or as needed update people on inventory issues. Manage HOLD Tags in the Warehouse.
- Lead the coordination and tracking of product Materials received and shipments to ensure accuracy in Business Central.
- Select and ensure accurate lot numbers are assigned on load and pick sheets, consistently update accurate records for Business Central and validate applicable paperwork within the department.
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and ERP administration of all outgoing and transferring of products to and from the warehouse.
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Distribution leads to ensure documentation and communication is consistent in the management of inventory, shipments, and delivery of goods.
- Work with the Distribution Lead on new account information within Business Central for Distribution needs to ensure route plan and customer commitments are met.
- Reconciliation and Audit of inventory and communicate with the Supply Chain Manager on any discrepancies.
- Work with the Inside Sales team, along with the Marketing and Taproom teams for all applicable sales orders. Communication orders with the Warehouse Led and Distribution Lead to ensure effective order management and execution. Work with Supply Chain Manager on coordination of all internal & external warehouse transfers and raw material pick-ups, & export shipments
- Assist the Supply Chain Manager with on key channels incoming PO’s during time-off coverage and support the General Manager
- Be a key contributor to the ERP system and work with Supply Chain Manager to develop into a Dual -SuperUser
- Play an active role in the continuous improvement of Health & Safety policies and processes.
- Own and maintain the KegShoe system and perform Audits as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Track and Report on Shipping Integrity
- Maintain Count Sheets and Reports with New and Inactive SKU Maintenance
- Work with Quality Department on Testing all Quality Return product and manage inventory Transactions.
- Manage the Dump Beer process with both Internal Dumps beer and TBS and LCBO Returns.
- Perform other related duties as requested

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory management in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experienced in ERP technology and resources.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skill set in a fast-paced environment Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for a customer-focused working environment.
- Display a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.
- Showcase the ability to prioritize tasks and motivate yourself and the team.
- Willing to support various aspects of Supply Chain Management
