**General Farm Labourer**

**De Borger AG Ltd is a multigenerational, family-owned cash crop farm located in Southern Ontario. We are looking for a general farm labourer to join our team.**

Operate tractors, utility vehicles, pickup trucks and other farm equipment

Grass cutting and property maintenance duties

Coordinate responsibilities with managers and other labourers

Equipment maintenance and repairs including washing/cleaning

Transport inputs/supplies by truck pulling a trailer, wagon or other equipment

**Key Requirements**:
Valid Driver’s license - A1 is an asset

Previous farming experience and/or knowledge of crop farming concepts

Ability to complete basic mechanical tasks

Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently at times

Ability to work extended hours during busy periods

Agricultural education an asset

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Watford, ON N0M 2S0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
