Retail Key Holder, Sales Associate, Full & Part Time Positions Available.

Just For Him & Her is expanding to London, Ontario and opening in October inside The White Oaks Mall. We are a Premium Men's & Ladies retailer. We are currently expanding our team and were looking for Key Holders & Retail Sales Associates for 12 to 30 Hours per week.

Hourly Rate

Sales Associate & Key Holders are accountable for delivering excellent service which drives results and enhances the in store shopping experience. Your main focus will always be on customer service & providing the highest level of fashion knowledge to the customer.

Applicants must have 1-3 years experience in the retail industry

Experience dealing with customers

Great communications skills both written and verbal

Great listening skills

Fast learner

Follow instructions and guidelines

Interest & Knowledge Of Fashion.

Microsoft Office & Excel Knowledge A Plus

Social Media Knowledge A Plus

Must be able to work weekends & evenings.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full Time & Part-time

**Salary**: $17-$18.00 per hour

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing daily store operations and staff
- Train and supervise retail associates
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
- Conduct product demonstrations and promote new products
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Assist in visual merchandising and product displays

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to sell products and meet sales goals
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to conduct product demos is a plus
