**Overview**

TDS is currently seeking a professional, friendly host/receptionist that will welcome clients and visitors at our downtown office. The host/receptionist will assist in setting up meeting rooms, preparing refreshments for clients and maintain a professional work space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare meeting rooms for clients
- Prepare coffee for meetings and arrange catering
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate destinations.
- Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and Northern Lights Lounge are clean and ready to receive visitors.
- Greet in-person clients and visitors to the office in a professional manner.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Place building and facilities calls for any repairs/housekeeping and maintenance.
- Some lifting required (up to 50 lbs.)
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you must work effectively in a professional, fast paced environment, have experience in an office or business environment, possess organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, have a strong emphasis on attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, mature attitude and professional and strong work ethic, ability to prioritize, have a mindset for helping others, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
