**You as a Superintendent will**:
- Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
- Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
- Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely
- Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization.
- Direct the overall construction program of the project
- Ensure project is meeting construction schedule
- Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site
**Is this the right role for you?**
- Minimum 7 years of experience working as a Superintendent
- 7-10 years experience in heavy civil, early site works, road building, grading/drainage, undergrounds and foundations is required
- Experience related to Industrial (Oil/Gas/Petrochem/Mining) is an asset
- Capable of travelling between multiple sites.
- Projects are located throughout Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan
