Concierge, The Alexander

**Killam Apartment REIT **(TSX:KMP.UN), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions, and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

We are looking for a customer focused, energetic and customer-oriented Concierge to join our Team at The Alexander. Hours should be flexible. This is a perfect role for someone who is retired or who has a flexible schedule.

**What you will do**:

- Greet building tenants and guests in a friendly, professional manner;
- Attend to tenant and guest inquiries (ie: calling taxis, opening front door, assisting with packages, etc.);
- Responsible for coordinating guest suites and common room bookings;
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism;
- Ensure entrance parking area and driveway are maintained (no unauthorized parking);
- Maintain a neat and tidy working area, including main lobby and exterior entrances (entrance glass cleaning, litter pick up around immediate lobby areas;
- Ensure the lobby/entrance/common rooms are kept clean and tidy;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- 2-3 years of well-developed customer service skills and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral communication skills, and strong listening skills to understand tenant needs;
- Able to work as part of a team;
