Founded in 2014, Cakeworthy is a fashion label designing unisex streetwear apparel and accessories for anyone with a taste for sprinkling some fun into their wardrobe.

We collaborate with the world’s top licensors like Disney, Warner Brothers, Nintendo, and more to create Special Edition Collections inspired by the things we love: bright colours, bold prints and graphics, pop culture, 80’s and 90’s nostalgia and the clothes we always wanted as a kid.

**Job description**

Cakeworthy is looking for a hard-working, pop-culture loving Marketing Associate to join the bakery (and no, we don't sell cake lol). Our new marketing associate will work closely with our entire team to curate bold, cheeky, pop-culture inspired content.

Overview of Position: Full time, Remote (office days will be required)

Digital Marketing:
Copywriting:

- Weekly blog writing for new collection launches, fashion-inspired articles, news, etc.
- Welcome content writing (i.e. product pages)

Social Media

Admin
- Daily engagement in social channels (I.e., liking tagged photos and stories, commenting on UGC, following necessary accounts, monitoring for crisis communication)
- Daily posting of UGC or promotions ensuring to tag necessary products
- Monitoring of product popularity and stock and posting based off of what needs attention/promotion
- Posting relevant external blogs and articles to Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin to ensure SEO.
- Content Calendar creation

Influencer
- work with the Marketing Director to monitor and maintain Influencer marketing program
- POC for content creators, developing rapport and communicating product allocation and promotion
- Packing Influencer orders, including personalized notes or additional marketing
- Monitoring influencer coverage

Creative

Photoshoots
- Assistance in company photoshoots, helping with marketing content, recording behind the scenes, model sizing, assistance in setup and takedown

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in marketing field
- 4+ years experience in marketing field
