**As a condition of employment, all new employees to safety sensitive positions must successfully pass a substance test within a two week period of their hiring date.**

**Duties**:

- A variety of labour and light equipment operation duties, including grounds maintenance (mowing with various equipment, cleaning up wind-blown litter, tree watering etc.) and cleaning of equipment with high-pressure wash.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be in good physical condition.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised.
- Experience operating equipment is considered an asset.
- Minimum valid Class 5 driver’s license with acceptable abstract required.
- ** A criminal record check will be required.**
