Position Overview:
We are specifically looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can excel in both roles as a Content Creator and Administrative Receptionist. This job isn’t for one or the other; we need someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with administrative responsibilities. If you’re both customer-service oriented and have a strong understanding of social media, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling inquiries.
- Prepare and serve healthy food and drinks for clients at our health bar/café.
- Create engaging social media content (images, videos, captions) that aligns with our brand and promotes our services.
- Assist in planning and executing wellness events, workshops, and retreats.
- Contribute to the planning and content creation for our retreats, both locally and abroad.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lounge area.
- Support the overall operations of the wellness center as needed.

Qualifications:

- Certification in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a wellness, fitness, or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirkland, QC H9H 5B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
