Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous serez responsable de la direction de la participation sur le marché, de l’aide aux ventes et de la gestion du cycle de vie des portefeuilles de produits d’immunohématologie et de maladies infectieuses au Canada. Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans la collecte et la réponse aux tendances du marché, la communication avec des groupes homologues locaux et mondiaux, et s’accompagne de la responsabilité de la mise en œuvre de programmes qui visent à stimuler la croissance ainsi que de l’engagement des clients.

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Un baccalauréat ou l’équivalent. Un diplôme supérieur ou un MBA est souhaitable.
- De solides compétences en matière de communication, d’informatique, de gestion de projet et d’aptitudes à la présentation.
- D’excellentes compétences orales et écrites de l’anglais et du français.

**Expériences demandées**:

- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine ou une combinaison d’éducation et d’expérience.
- De préférence, une connaissance de travail concernant les pratiques de laboratoire clinique, les banques de sang ou en sciences transfusionnelles.
- Une compréhension intermédiaire ou avancée de stratégies de markéting et de vente.

Bio-Rad Laboratories Canada is currently looking for a **Field Product Manager III** for its Montreal location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading market engagement, sales enablement, and lifecycle management for the Immunohematology and Infectious Disease product portfolios in Canada. This position plays an essential role gathering and responding to market trends, communicating with local and global counter parts, and is accountable for implementing programs to drive growth and customer engagement.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Advanced degree or MBA desirable
- Strong communication, computer, project management, and presentation skills required.
- Excellent oral and written skills in both English and French is required

**Required Experience**:

- 5+ years related experience or combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of clinical laboratory practices, blood banking, or transfusion sciences is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
