Job description

**Sterling Ford Sales** has an immediate opening for a full-time **Service Advisor**. We are a fast growing, high volume dealership, offering a competitive salary with pension and benefits package.

- Bilingual (French / English).
- At least 1 year of experience service advising.

**Daily responsibilities for a member of the service team include**:

- Greeting clients and assessing their needs.
- Providing helpful & knowledge-based information regarding various Ford makes & models.
- Advising clients regarding each vehicle’s service and maintenance plan.
- Responding to service related questions (i.e. after consulting with Technicians).
- Communicating with Technicians and identifying problems, repairs and possible alternatives.
- Discussing warranty protection options with clients.
- Managing each client interaction from start to finish.
- Arranging shuttle service as needed.
- Ensuring each client has a positive experience.
- Working with Managers and Senior Management Team as needed.

Benefits after 3 months.

Pay to be discussed during interview.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
