**Position Summary**

The Radiation Medicine Program (RMP) at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented QBP Decision Support Analyst II. The incumbent will work under the Manager, Program Development and Strategic Partnerships and collaboratively with the RMP Data Analytics Lead, bringing their expertise in radiotherapy to support RMP’s Quality Based Procedure (QBP) activities.

The incumbent will analyze, interpret, and support decision-making for monthly QBP reporting, as well as other regular and ad hoc reports. They will participate and contribute to assigned work groups and committees, as well as with stakeholders across the department to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The principal responsibilities include: problem solving, particularly for detailed, nuanced, reporting details; stakeholder engagement and relationship management; program decision support; and performing administrative/coordination activities, as required.

**Duties**
- QBP rejection analysis, including corrections and identifying recurring error patterns.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance checks of QBP data, including pre-submission and post-submission reports.
- Work collaboratively with the CASU team and RT site leads to manage the copy prescription function in Mosaiq.
- In collaboration with RMP Data Analytics Lead, support process improvements for RMP QBP submissions.
- Stakeholder and relationship engagement, management, and collaboration towards departmental and provincial goals.
- Participate in work groups and committees as assigned, including the RMP QBP working group, including developing reports and presentations on QBP-related topics.
- Support to prepare new protocol proposals, in collaboration with radiation oncologist, as required.
- Maintains clear and accurate documentation of processes, including the business logic for incoming data requests.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Ontario’s Radiation QBP and the related data variables within Mosaiq and EPIC.

**Qualifications**:

- An Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or related field
- Radiation therapy experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an oncology healthcare environment, preferably in radiation medicine
- Knowledge of quality-based procedures preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to systematically analyze situations/issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and determine/recommend practical courses of action
- Able to work with mínimal supervision on complex tasks
- Able to work with multidisciplinary teams in a positive and productive manner
