**Core Responsibilities**
- **Supervise, Monitor and Train a Team of Direct Support Worker**:Coach and develop ABA skills to successfully deliver high quality individualized and group programs.
- **Develop Individual Support Plans, Behaviour Support plans and Specialized Protocols**:Utilize ABA principals combined with legislative requirements and best practice to support client needs.
- **Implement**: Assessment tools and evidenced-based practices to identify baseline behaviour and implement appropriate person-centered client programs.
- **Prepare and Present Reports**:Based on data to communicate and support client care and evidence-informed decision making.
- **Develop and Implement Training**: To support direct care employee skill and ability to implement programs, plans and protocols.
- **Monitor and Evaluate**: Client data to make evidence informed decision as it relates to client goals, protocols and treatment plans.
- **Participate in and Document Meetings and Appointments**:Provide clinical recommendations at client and organizational meetings such as; Individual Support Plans, Plans of Care, school meetings, clinical meetings and participate in medication reviews or other appointments as required.
- **Participate in the development of Clinical Policies and Procedures**:In collaboration with the Clinical Director and other Blossom Group program Clinical Supervisors.
- **Respond to Quality Assurance Measures Requests**:in a timely manner to support compliance inspections and the highest level of quality care.
- **Collaborate with the Crisis Intervention Training Team**:To advance skills, responses and training for employees and to collaborate and consult on client needs.
- **Participate in the intake and discharge process**:Collaborate with internal departments, external partners and families to provide assessments, fulsome reports and transitional clinical support.
- **Report and file serious occurrences**:As required in accordance with MCCSS and QAM legislation using the SOR-RL (Online reporting system) and manual system.
- **Review serious occurrence Reporting monthly**:To evaluate and interpret monthly trends to make evidence-informed decisions related to client care, use of crisis intervention strategies, and other intrusive protocols as outlined in the client behaviour support plan.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario as a Registered Behaviour Analyst, BCBA.
- Master’s degree in applied Behaviour Analysis or Psychology with a specialization in ABA or equivalent degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a clinical setting.
- Direct clinical experience implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis for people with ASD and/or NDD.
- 2+ years of clinical or direct experience supporting people with behaviours of concern.
- Congregate care experience working with people with NDD.
- Thorough knowledge of clinical process related to Functional Behaviour Assessments, Functional Analysis, Behaviour Support Plans, Behavioural Interventions, and Safety Plans.
- Knowledge of MCCSS and QAM legislation as it pertains to clinical requirements.
- Expertise in supporting people with mental health issues, understanding of the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.
- Advance skills in technology related to the practice of Applied Behaviour Analysis to utilize data to make evidence informed decisions. This includes the use of excel, outlook, and presentation software to advance high quality practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Crisis response experience.
- The ability to work various shifts when needed for training, supervision and clinical client support.
- Demonstrated adaptability, reliability, judgement and stress tolerance.

**Other Job Requirements**
- Must have own reliable transportation; travel is required.
- Successful Criminal Record Check with VSS.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $60.00-$90.00 per hour
