**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

KPC Utility Solutions Group Inc. is looking for an experienced **FLEET SUPERVISOR** for our growing business.

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of KPC’s fleet of vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and operation of KPC’s fleet of vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and properly maintained.
- Implement and monitor driver performance using Geotab, which includes adherence to routes, schedules, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate the purchasing of new vehicles, including selecting appropriate makes and models.
- Manage the disposal of old vehicles, including selling, auctioning, or transferring assets.
- Develop and manage the fleet budget, including expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and fuel.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies within the fleet.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and incidents.
- Generate reports on fleet performance, costs, and KPIs for management review.
- Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements, including licensing, inspections, and emissions standards.
- Monitor weekly/monthly fuel consumption.
- Review/approve Enterprise invoicing.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Certificate or degree in Fleet Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Fleet Management or a related field
- Supervisor / Manager experience an asset

**Skills**:

- Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Identify and address issues related to vehicle maintenance, driver performance, and logistics
- Effective organizational skills to manage scheduling and maintenance of a large fleet of vehicles
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs
