Peninsula Ridge is truly a world class wine and culinary destination catering to guests who are looking to pair a relaxed and casual atmosphere with an incredible dining experience. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Niagara Escarpment, Lake Ontario including the Toronto Skyline and of course our pristine vineyards. The restaurant is set in our historic “Queen Anne Revival” Victorian mansion perched on the brow of the Beamsville Bench and features a great outdoor patio for dining during our long summer days and nights.

At Peninsula Ridge we specialize in small, intimate and unique events hosted in our Coach House that cater to guests who truly want an unforgettable experience. We have purposely kept the venue small (50 to 65 guests) so that we can provide for a very distinct and personalized level of service.

Our culinary team takes great pride in customizing our guests dining experience using fresh locally grown produce (often grown right down the street) served by skilled, professional and friendly staff. Our reputation for epicurean excellence is often one of the main reasons why people choose Peninsula Ridge.

The Restaurant at Peninsula Ridge is currently looking for a _**Chef de Partie**_. This position reports to the Restaurant Executive Chef. We are looking for a hardworking, self motivated individual with 5 years experience.
- Must have valid safe food handlers.
- Must be positive, energetic, organized.
- Strong line skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must remain calm and focused.
- Physically fit, able to lift 40lbs, stand for long duration's.
- Work in both hot and cold environments.
- Passionate about food and detail orientated.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
- Able to work unsupervised or in a team setting.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
