At Purity Life Health Products LP, the Purchasing Expeditor is responsible for effectively
managing the timely delivery of products to all distribution centers and that goods are received in
accurate quantity and quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Reconcile goods ordered against receivables paperwork and trace/correct any discrepancies
- Communicate purchase order discrepancies with the appropriate external and internal parties
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure we are meeting and maximizing payment terms
- Compile data for supplier performance reviews
- Collaborate with the receiving teams to ensure priorities are completed
- Continually improve processes and systems
- Other duties and responsibilities as required

Job Requirements:

- Degree, diploma or certification with three years of experience in a related industry
- Experience of using all MS Office tools
- Ability to adapt to new technology
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to respond quickly in a fast paced and changing environment
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
