Truck Driver Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have complete knowledge of truck driving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and completion of training requirements

Qualifications:

- Previous minimum of 5 years of valid experience as a truck driver or truck driving instructor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively tutor and educate others in a classroom setting
- Excellent knowledge of truck driving regulations and safety protocols
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Must know how to perform pre-tip, backing, coupling, uncoupling etc.
