Aegis is looking for an additional team member immediately to match our growth in the marketplace. If you are looking for a job that produces immediate results and exposes you to new products and projects daily then we may have a position for you.

**Duties**:

- Solve unique racking and staging challenges of clean customer goods for production.
- Carefully pack finished customer goods for shipping.
- Prepare parts for sandblasting and powder coating.
- Safe and effective use of orbital sanders, air guns, and other production-related tools.
- Talk with teammates to keep production flowing.
- Attend and contribute to production hurdles, safety meetings, and training as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Capable of reading and writing in English.
- Able to safely lift up to 50lbs.
- Actively engage in problem-solving.
- Effective at time management.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow a process to completion.
- Prior forklift experience is an asset (in-house training available).
