**REPORTING RELATIONSHIP**:
The Warehouse clerk reports directly to the Operation Lead position.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
This position is responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders through completion of order picking or shipping plan as presented from leadership to ensures on time and in full delivery of orders. This position is also accountable to maintain the warehouse and products in an orderly and clean condition. This position represents the Company in a professional manner and provides exceptional customer service.

**ACTIVITIES**:

- Responsible of completing shipping schedule; picking, shipping and staging customer orders in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensures customer support and satisfaction.
- Ensures the warehouse area is maintained in an orderly and clean condition.
- Ensures company policy and legal requirements are followed in the shipping of product.
- Assists in the responsible management of company assets.
- Responsible for proper receiving and accounting and in a safe manner when loading and unloading of product of the assigned truck.
- Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the lift truck.
- Preparation and filling of documents; delivery tickets, BOLs, TDG.
- Achieve performance KPI’s as specified.
- Represents and promotes the company in a competent and professional manner.
- Understands and complies with Company Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Overtime and shift work as required or scheduled.
- All other duties as assigned.

**COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Technical skills**:

- Experience in forklift driving; Maintain relevant process knowledge and required certifications.
- Experience in a similar position in the factory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills and reading.
- **Physically Fit (Capable of lifting 50lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods)**:

- **Intermediate computer experience.**

- The ability to work in a team; collaborative and flexible attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness and sense of organization;
- Accountability, dependability and punctuality;
- Flexibility and willingness to cross train.
- Ensure that the work environment is safe, clean and functional.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

**Training: F**orklift driver card and TGD (an asset)

**Experience: 1** year of relevant experience

**Languages**:English
