**What we want**

Under the supervision of the Executive Sous Chef, the F&B Receiver will be responsible for unloading and labeling received products and storing them in appropriate locations.

**What you'll do**
- Receive food and beverage deliveries;
- Check the accuracy, freshness, and temperature of delivered foods;
- Ensure ongoing compliance with food safety standards;
- Properly store food and beverage deliveries, ensuring organization, rotation and compliance with food safety protocol;
- Coordinate, as needed, deliveries and invoicing with various suppliers;
- Assist in managing supplier delivery/expedition schedules and resolve missing inventory and delivery errors;
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas;
- Assist in the monthly inventory recording;
- Perform any other related tasks.

**Profile needed**:

- High school diploma;
- Two years of experience in a similar role in a kitchen environment;
- Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly;
- Possession of MAPAQ or Food Handler certification (an asset);
- Possession of a valid driver's license;
- Ability to multitask and tolerate stress;
- Integrity and professionalism;
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**:
According to the current salary scale plus benefits associated with Nordik Spa-Nature.

**Work schedule**:
40 hours per week; variable schedules from Monday to Sunday.
