**HIRING NOW Reporting to the Restaurant Manager/Operations Supervisor at our restaurant location**:
**JOB LOCATION**
- Markham
- Scarborough
- Downtown Toronto

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Craft a variety of cocktails using fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques.
- Develop custom cocktails and seasonal drink menus that align with the dining experiences.
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, mocktails, or other beverages with consistency in flavor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Monitor bar inventory levels and collaborate with management for restocking.
- Be top-notch in customer service and a positive attitude.
- Actively engage with customers and suggest menu options.
- Workable knowledge for taking orders from customers; and transmitting them to kitchen staff as needed.
- Experience with floor duties in a bar restaurant setting.
- Hospitality or restaurants' experience preferred.
- Collaborations and other duties as assigned and/or required.
- **English and Chinese proficiency**

BASE WAGE $17.20 + TIPS or BONUS (Avg. $17-25+)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
