FYihealth Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator - Visual Merchandising who will contribute to the execution and planning of our in-clinic marketing initiatives for Visique, FYidoctors, BonLook, and retail optical clinics & stores.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Responsible for communicating with all internal teams regarding new product launches, and/or promotions to strategize on how to merch them in stores and clinics
- Leading a Teams channel with visual experts and monthly calls with them
- Creation of planograms for locations to articulate visual merchandising directives
- Partnering with product teams to maximize the impact of our key product stories
- Visits clinics and stores to conduct merchandising audits and coach teams
- Ensure in-store merchandising can be executed within budget constraints
- Project management, monitoring, and maintenance of merchandising planning for each launch, promotion, store opening, or special event throughout the year
- Coordination of the production, inventory, and delivery of POP material in-store as well as ad-hoc requests
- Overview of merchandising execution and providing feedback to stores/clinic leads
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising or marketing, specializing in retail
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (business, marketing, arts, etc.)
- Good understanding of marketing and design concepts
- Ability to analyze and understand the business implication of merchandising
- Attention to detail and sense of organization
- Strong project management skills and knowledge to manage various projects simultaneously
- Understanding building plans
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Teamwork and ability to formulate an opinion
- The ability to liaise and collaborate with different partners (remote or in person)
- Being bilingual (French and English) is an asset
- Experience in the eyewear and retail industry is an asset
- Must be able to travel
