We are looking for a friendly, people-oriented individual who excels in ensuring professional and courteous customer service while maintaining attractive displays, cash register procedures, packing and presentation of bakery goods. Creativity and a love for what you do is a must.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent customer service including prompt responses to customer inquiries and timely service in a busy retail bakery setting.
- Communicate with supervisor and follow all instructions, procedures and tasks to ensure all specifications are met.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines to meet company health requirements
- Ensures clean, safe and well-maintained working environment including wiping down counters, shelving, display cases and as needed, sweeping/mopping of floor area.
- Work effectively with others and demonstrate strong communication skills including ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clean and organized work area.
- Other duties as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Big Happy Smile and Warm hospitality spirit
- Positive attitude, nice behavior, good organizational skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Good attendance, Accurate and punctual for arriving
- Able to speak, read and write basic English required.
- Customer services experience an asset.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and in a team environment.
- Occasional lifting of between 20-50 lbs.

**Shift**:

- **part time position, Weekends availability**

**Salary**: From $17 per hour + great amount of tips

Open to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents and working permit only
