This hybrid role is based at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and reports directly to the Finance Manager. Your primary responsibility will entail comprehensive support across all facets of the Finance Department.

In this role, you will
- Be responsible for General Ledger maintenance
- Prepare month-end checklist and track progress daily
- Prepare and maintain practice budgets
- Process finance invoices in procurement system
- Maintain ticketing system by assigning finance tickets
- Run GL details for analysis purpose
- Run monthly practices P&L’s
- Coordinate monthly inventory counts
- Provide administration support to the finance team
- Investigate and resolve issues with support from other team members
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

What We're looking for
- University Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role/environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A self-starter, highly positive can-do attitude in a rapidly changing environment
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (pivot tables and look-ups), Word and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Motivated to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication skills and a “people person”
- Bilingualism in French and English a strong asset
