We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

We are unlike other car dealerships. **We pay all our sales staff salary plus bonus. **We believe that attracting the right people, with the right compensation is best for our customers, our staff and ultimately our business.

As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dealership by effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect pre-owned vehicle from our extensive inventory. Your exceptional sales skills and passion for cars will contribute to exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation will also include monthly sales bonuses for meeting and exceeding team sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries promptly.
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value of our pre-owned inventory.
- Actively listen to customers' preferences and requirements, guiding them through the selection process and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
- Conduct test drives with customers, providing expert guidance and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Manage the complete sales process, including qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups, and providing accurate documentation for smooth transaction processing.
- Understand and facilitate financing options and additional sales opportunities, such as extended warranties or vehicle protection packages with the help of financing experts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure ethical business practices and customer trust.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the dealership management.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in automotive sales, particularly in the used car market.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with customers.

Strong negotiation and closing skills to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.

Ability to adapt to customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
