**Release Manager**

**Summary**
GFT has developed a Guidewire Accelerator to automate workflows between Guidewire and the client’s in-house system. The client’s member companies are now installing and configuring the Accelerator, and we need a Project Manager/Business Analyst/Product Owner to oversee the implementation process with each member company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and run meetings with member companies, including preparing agendas and notes.
- Track and update the implementation status for each member company.
- Maintain and update documentation related to the implementation.
- Review current workflows and set expectations on changes introduced by the Accelerator.
- Facilitate training and support sessions for configuring and using the Accelerator.
- This role ensures effective coordination and communication to support a successful implementation across all member companies.

**Non-Technical skills**:

- Fluent in English at native or C2 level at minimum (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
- Proven experience in taking detailed technical meeting notes. (mandatory)
- Skilled in managing multiple streams or topics simultaneously. (mandatory)
- Training & presentation skills (mandatory)
- Experience leading technical implementation projects (mandatory) Insurance claims handling / insurance coverages and exposures (optional)

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience documenting information in Confluence (mandatory)
- Experience using Jira (mandatory)
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of GW ClaimCenter (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases (mandatory)
