Thom Brokerage and Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our mission of serving Indigenous communities through strategic digital presence and content excellence. The specialist will manage and grow our digital footprint, ensuring our values and services resonate across various online platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our social media presence, with a strong focus on META platforms and our official website.
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content tailored to our audience, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our company's goals and values.
- Maintain and update our online profiles, keeping all information current and reflective of our services and initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, market analysis, and automation to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to gather diverse content types for our assets and services, ensuring a cohesive and compelling online presence.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools to guide strategy adjustments.

**Required Work Experience and Skills**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, especially on social media and websites.
- Strong understanding of META platform algorithms and content optimization.
- Experience with SEO, content management systems, and website analytics.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and technology for marketing purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective content creation and partner collaboration.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications or additional training in digital marketing, SEO, or related areas are a plus.

**Recommendations**:

- Previous work within or knowledge of Indigenous communities and cultural sensitivity is highly valued.
- Creativity in storytelling and visual communication to capture the essence of our mission.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is beneficial.

**Salary**: $23.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
