**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, both domestically and internationally, using various modes of transportation.
- Manage small parcel shipping, including on-boarding new clients, tracking, and resolving any issues or delays.
- Handle over-the-road freight brokerage operations, including negotiating rates, selecting carriers, and managing transportation contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations, optimizing routes, consolidating shipments, and reducing costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation processes.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders and resolving any delivery issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to improve logistics efficiency and compliance.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software to manage logistics operations and generate reports.
- Assist in resolving freight claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on small parcel shipping and over-the-road freight brokerage.
- Experience working with a 3PL provider is strongly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of carrier selection, negotiation, and transportation contract management.
- Familiarity with small parcel shipping providers, such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, as well as over-the-road carriers and brokers.
- Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve logistics challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
