We're looking for a passionate Lead Bartender to develop the drinks menu, make wine list selections and share the latest trends with peers. This outstanding customer service person with a natural talent for communication listens to others and takes their needs and expectations into consideration in everything they do.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Ensure the smooth running of the bar.
- Train, support and motivate team members in their tasks and development.
- Share the bar's needs with the person in charge of food and beverage supplies so as to always have the right quantities on hand.
- Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
- Check equipment and product storage to ensure the establishment's cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience as a senior bartender
- Positive and effective leadership to inspire and mobilize a team
- Sharp knowledge of cocktail creation and trends around alcohol, beer and wine
- Good physical fitness: standing for several hours at a time, lift/carry loads of up to 50 lb
- Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems
