The TSSEA Analyst monitors and influences the performance of tow and vehicle storage operators to promote safe, efficient, and dependable transportation of goods and people on Ontario's highways.

**What can I expect to do in this role?**: As a TSSEA Analyst you will:

- Promotes the safe, dependable transportation of people and goods on Ontario highways
- Refuses to issue certificates or renew certificates in accordance with ministry safety program requirements
- Analyze ministry safety program information and trends to assess the risk to consumers and the safety of road users
- Recommend and initiate interventions in accordance with program policy to promote corrective actions to ministry safety programs
- Respond to inquiries regarding the ministry's transportation safety programs and related regulatory oversight regimes

**How do I qualify?**:
**Technical Expertise**:

- you have demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and compile information pertaining to the performance of commercial vehicle operators and related regulatory oversight regimes
- you have demonstrated experience in the collection and confirmation of information with emphasis on data integrity

**Research and Analytical Skills**:

- you have highly developed research, analytical, evaluation and decision making skills supported by sound judgment

**Communication Skills**:

- you have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with and provide information to a wide variety of clients
- you have superior written communication skills to prepare various documents, correspondence and reports in a clear and concise manner
