**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in Fanuc and CNC programming
- Strong understanding of basic math and measurements
- Knowledge of quality control principles
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with logic controllers and press brake machines is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
