Skip Tracer

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and data collection to locate individuals who have skipped out on their obligations or are missing
- Utilize various databases, public records, and online resources to gather information
- Utilize credit reports, mortgage documents, loan documents, county recorder documents
- Analyze gathered data to develop leads and determine the most effective strategies for locating individuals
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a skip tracer or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of data collection methods and techniques
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to skip tracing and privacy rights
- Excellent research and investigative skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
