We are currently seeking a manager to lead the daily operations of Pedego Electric Bikes Victoria.
Pedego Electric Bikes is a pioneer in the eBike industry and now has over240 stores in North America.
Located in downtown Victoria, our store is popular with visitors for rentals and locals for sales and service.
This position will be responsible for supervising three divisions: Reporting to the Store Owner, this position will supervise each of the three sections: sales, rentals and service.
40 hours per week. Some week-end work as required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Hire, on-board and schedule staff as required.
- Ensure outstanding customer service in each section.
- Act as lead salesperson.
- Be the key contact for various business and tourism associations.
- Ensure appropriate store inventory according the Pedego Canada procedures.
- Ensure access and function of POS and other computer systems.
- Ensure store is clean, safe and current.
**Requirements**:
- Management experience
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent focus on customer service
- Ability to build and lead a team that operates at high levels.
- Good business acumen
- Accountable and dependable
- Passion for cycling and electric bikes
This position provides, comprehensive health and dental insurance, as well as employee discounts.
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
