We are seeking a dedicated Lane Closure Technician and Traffic Controllers to join our growing Traffic Control team. The Lane Closure Technician will be responsible for executing traffic management plans effectively, training new and existing employees, and supervising and directing Traffic Contorl Persons (TCPc).

The Traffic Controllers will be responsible for managing traffic flow at work zones and ensuring the safety of workers and the public.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct traffic to ensure the safe and orderly flow of vehicles
- Communicate effectively with job site workers and the public
- Set up traffic control devices such as cones and signs
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control measures as needed
- Coordinate with construction crews to maintain a safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- Current TCP Certificate.
- Valid class 5 BC Driver’s License with a positive driving record.
- Experience in traffic control or related field (1-2 years preferred).
- Availability to work 8-12 hours per shift.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Access to a personal vehicle for commuting to different job sites.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

**Compensation**:
TCP starting wage - $20.00

LCT starting wage - $26.00

Additional pay: Overtime pay

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
