**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service hours.
- Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Support cooks and chefs in various tasks to ensure timely meal service.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all kitchen procedures to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the culinary field.
