- Resort, room types, food and beverage options, packages and golf tee times are communicated properly and accurately - Reservations are made using a desktop computer; Maestro PMS. GENlive Tee Times - Upsell guests with available resort enhancements such as golf, food & beverage offers. - Be ready to assist on the Front Desk when required - Complete daily and monthly reporting as required (MS Excel) - Self
- motivating, well organized with attention to detail - Ability to multi task and prioritize work environment - Ability to work under pressure - High regard for Health and Safety for self and others EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills) - Excellent English communication skills. - Sales experience an asset, but not necessary.
- Excellent desktop computer/software knowledge (Use of Computer, split screens, reservation software, chat software, internet, all Microsoft Programs) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - In a shared office space sitting for long periods and operating a phone and computer. - Office can be noisy with some distractions. - Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. - Ability to sit for long periods.
