**Short Description**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for the enterprise and government customers, identifying opportunities for automation and mapping process improvement
- Primarily responsible for the validation, monitoring and end-end fulfilment of sales orders, assisted sales customer sessions, and billing inquiries
- May be required to support the creation and maintenance of a dashboard for monthly billing usage report and finance reconciliation integrated to CSP consumption extract
- Manage customers with pre-paid credit committed for cloud consumption; create budgets alerts and sending notification
- Monitor and communicate performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas

**Critical Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience working with a SaaS platform and/or Cloud Services (preferably working with AWS, Microsoft and Google products)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management or related field of study
- Strong proven data entry and analysis skills
- Intermediate understanding of cloud billing models and B2B invoicing
- Knowledge of BigQuery SQL, Schedule Queries and database schema
- Basic Knowledge of API integration (json api)
- Verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a setting.
- Government of Canada Security Clearance (minimum reliability status)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Solid understanding of cloud B2B invoicing and support models
- Experience with customer success best practices
- Demonstrable understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and process documentation skills
- Strong data conversion skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
