CanDry offers contract/toll services, leasing and purchase options for customers in the Healthy Snacks, Natural Health Products / Supplements, Food Ingredients and Pet Food markets.

**About the role**:
As the Customer Development Specialist, you will play a key role in CanDry’s market growth strategy.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Identify Markets**:Utilize market research skills to prioritize high-potential markets for CanDry's technologies, understanding the food market, market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- **Perform Customer Outreach**:Establish relationships through cold-calling, prospecting, lead generation, understanding client needs, and articulating CanDry's value proposition effectively.
- **Manage Customer Pipeline**:Execute a systematic process to source, secure, manage and grow customersby providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and solving customer challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
- **Represent Company**:Serve as a company representative at conferences, trade events, and industry gatherings, showcasing CanDry's technologies, networking, and raising awareness within the industry.
- **Develop Sales Assets**: Work with other team members to create impactful materials, including presentations, case studies, and collateral, effectively communicating CanDry's technology benefits**.**
**Qualifications**:
- **3-5 Years B2B Customer Development Experience**:Proven track record in B2B technology ideally within the food processing sector, demonstrating successful client outreach and relationship building.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:Exceptional written and oral communication for customer interaction
- **Comfortable with Customer Interaction**:Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- **Willingness to Travel**:Prepared to travel approx. 20% for client meetings, conferences, and external representation, adaptable to varying travel demands.
- **Critical Thinking Skills**:Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize target markets effectively, leveraging market data for strategic decision-making.
- **Self-Starter**:Proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of driving initiatives independently.
- **Strong Organizational Skills**:Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail, adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.
- **CRM Management**:Demonstrated ability to work with CRM solutions
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
