Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 4 locations total (Taber, Drayton Valley, Fairview, and Kamloops, BC). - **Main Purpose of the Job**_

To ensure the timely and accurate set up and execution of all off site sales
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Hire, supervise and schedule competent and experienced operators.
- Coordinate site preparation (gravel, fence, security & buildings).
- Review contracts for all off site sales (ensure accuracy)
- Gather and verify equipment inventory information (eg. equipment additions, serial numbers, year verification, etc.)
- Compose and take photos of the equipment
- Coordinate security including check-in, coding, and layout
- Plan the refurbishing schedule and budget
- Oversee offsite yard layout and equipment line up
- Organize offsite yard supplies
- Manage keys for equipment offsite
- Operate forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment
- Boost equipment
- Basic assembly of equipment i.e., dozer blades, etc.
- Ensure equipment is in sale-ready condition
- Perform facility inspections (per checklists) and provide housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary
- Ensure sale site safety with Safety Coordinator, ongoing compliance with all corporate and legislated health and safety and environmental policies, regulations, and laws
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations of the sale location
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Ensure proper attachment removal
- Ensure equipment has fuel, oil, and anti-freeze
- Assist the Yard Manager with any other auction yard duties when required
- Receive/release (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction
- Use an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to the auction
- Drive/operate heavy and light equipment
- Perform basic maintenance on TEAM owned equipment on site
- Assist with refurb of auction items
- Identify and record equipment components, accessories and asset details
- Ensure the quality of equipment data and other related information
- Verify requirements for warranty applicable items
- Assist the Sales team with appraisals and write-ups in the field between peak periods
- Perform various other duties as required
- **Qualifications**_
- Driver’s License
- Class 1 (Asset)
- **Working Conditions**_

Required to work outside in all weather conditions.
- **Physical Requirements**_

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- **Motion Parameters**_

Required to climb stairs, walk, squat, kneel, or drive and stand for long periods of them.
- **Vision and Hearing Requirements**_

The ability to read road signs and judge distances when loading/unloading and placing excepted.
- **Psychological Demands**_

Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read and write, speak publicly, or interpret data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
