**Meet Your Future Team**:

- You support the ReBird repair process and technique improvements
- You manage the administrative processing of ReBird equipment in and out of the process flow

- You work with key stakeholders to help drive continuous improvement
- You help come up with new ways of repurposing or repairing product

**Are you our next ReBird Assistant?**:

- You have highly effective verbal and written English communication skills to communicate with multiple departments and teams
- You have previous relevant Quality Control experience (etc. manufacturing or têxtile industry)
- You have high attention to detail and have accurate data entry skills
- You have general computer knowledge and are proficient in Microsoft Office
- You have strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring problem-solving skills
- You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment

**Equal Opportunity**
