Major Accountabilities:
- Provides direction to junior designers and acts as senior lead for graphic design creatives services. Uses computer illustration and design using software tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, design graphics, logos, presentation templates, photo collections, web animations, advertising, etc. Other projects include print design (Adobe InDesign and Illustrator).
- Manages all printed materials including price catalogs utilizing Adobe InDesign, Salesforce and EasyCatalog app integrations.
Manages all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter “X”, et all) for North American based brands to effectively promote and maintain brand in the marketplace. Liasion to other region leads for direction and approval.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manages and conducts updates to pricing catalog annually providing files to AutoQuotes. Coordinates with third party vendor for literature fulfillment program and works with third-party translation services in developing foreign language literature.
- Understands and upholds branding concepts, design quality and brand identity in the development of marketing materials. Serves as point of contact for developing brand identity issues. Maintains and updates branding guidelines standards.
- Schedules social messaging utilizing enterprise platform on a continual basis and coordinates with region leads for global messaging. Creates a social calendar and tracks analytics in social and website for reach and new trends.
- Works with web site maps and designs to ensure brand identity standards are met. Develops with team members, product trees, site maps, mini-sites, product pages and site upgrades. Develops and posts materials for website, newsletters and other internal, channel and customer material. Manages analytics for all websites and coordinates access or training as needed.
- Coordinates and conducts trade show planning, signage design and execution including apps, walls, digital or print design.
Creates and edits videography utilizing iMAC software, as requested by management.
Specialized Skills & Knowledge:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative suite, MS Office, web design and technologies. In-depth knowledge of printing processes, HTML, CSS and design theory. In-depth experience in digital photography, color correction & calibration, and photo retouching/manipulation. Advanced communication and listening skills. A good storyteller. Analytical and insightful attention to detail. Expert communicator cool under pressure. Jack-of-all creative trades and master of a few. Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines.
