Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in producing and finishing prefab drywall and other custom drywall products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Document production data and maintain accurate records

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
