Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing professional hair care services to our residents in a Long Term Care Hair Care setting while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with residents and POA to understand their hair care needs and preferences
- Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling hair to meet client expectations
- Maintain the safety of residents with the salon
- Sanitate work areas and tools to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Manage front desk duties as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Knowledge on how to operate a wheel chairs, head rest, foot rest, hearing aids, walkers,
- Prior experience working at the front desk of a salon is beneficial

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
